With over 30 years of experience in personal, professional, and organizational change, I specialize in the human side of change.
Outside of the Circle started over 20 years ago when I felt unfulfilled with the status quo in my personal life and corporate career. I wanted to change my life and career to give myself the freedom to live, work, and do business on my own terms in a way that felt fulfilling and meaningful to me.
So I created my own definition of success based on what mattered most to me and then set out to build every area of my life and work around that. As a result, I left my corporate career, set up my own business and have been living and working on my own terms ever since.
